How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    - Use adaptive teaching methods to ensure every pupil, including those with SEND or higher learning needs, is supported and challenged appropriately.
    - Inspire students to develop a love for learning and curiosity about the world around them, encouraging independent thinking and problem-solving.
    - Be an active part of the wider school community by contributing to extra-curricular activities and whole-school events that enrich students' learning experiences.

    What We're Looking For:
    - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Essential for this role.
    - Experience in teaching either Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 is preferred, with a focus on building strong classroom management and promoting student success.
    - Passion for providing inclusive education, with the ability to differentiate and tailor teaching to meet the diverse needs of all students.
    - Willingness to adapt and continuously develop teaching methods to ensure high-quality learning experiences.

    Why This Role?
    - £100 bonus after you have worked 10 days
    - Holiday pay
    - Long-term and permanent opportunities
    - A consultant to guide you through your assignments and help you with your CV and
    interview techniques
    - To be part of a successful forward-thinking establishment and team
    - Industry leading pay rates
    - Access to free online CPD training
    - You can refer qualified teachers to us and receive £250

If you are a motivated and inspiring teacher looking to make a positive impact in a supportive and forward-thinking school, we would love to hear from you.
