Your responsibilities will include
Delivering a high-quality, customer-focused housing management service
Ensuring the building is safe, secure, and fully compliant
Supporting residents’ wellbeing through engagement, activities, and community involvement
Managing lettings, waiting lists, and working to minimise voids
Carrying out assessments and developing tailored support plans
Working closely with health, social care, and community partners
Promoting independence, dignity, and choice in everything you do
Collaborating with a wide range of internal teams and external partners including health services, social care professionals, contractors, families and community groups
To be successful you will need:
Experienced in working with individuals within the care, supported living or housing sector
Knowledgeable in health & safety and general facilities management
Passionate about delivering person-centered support
Skilled in housing management and/or supported living environments
Confident working with partners and external agencies
Knowledgeable in health & safety and general facilities management
A strong communicator with excellent organisational skills and experience working in a customer focused environment
IT confident, with experience using Microsoft Office
Fluent Welsh language skills written and verbal
An Enhanced DBS check
Full UK drivers licence with access to own transport
This is a temporary role on a week-by-week basis, working 35 hours per week (Monday–Friday 9am–5pm). You'll be on an hourly rate of £19.75 accrued holiday pay based in Bangor, Gwynedd.
