How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Warehouse Stock Auditor

    Stowmarket

    £25,447 per year

    The Role
    We're looking for a Warehouse Stock Auditor to join a busy distribution centre. This is a full-time, permanent role where you'll play a key part in keeping stock accurate and processes running smoothly.

    Salary: £25,447 per year

    Hours: 37.5 per week (plus a 30-minute daily unpaid break)

    Shifts: 5 days out of 7, rotating 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00

    Environment: Mixed warehouse setting

    What you'll be doing
    Each day will be different, but you can expect to:

    Check the accuracy of supplier deliveries

    Audit stock picked for stores and fully investigate errors

    Carry out load adherence checks

    Follow agreed procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance

    Meet daily productivity targets in line with customer expectations

    Work across different areas of the warehouse, including manual handling tasks

    What we're looking for

    Strong attention to detail and accuracy

    Good communication skills, both written and verbal

    Ability to follow processes and respond quickly to instructions

    Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel

    Must be 18 or over
