We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Temporary Office Administrator / Office Manager to join our team on an ongoing basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running and provide essential support during a busy period, with the potential to transition into a permanent role.
The Role:
Reporting directly to the Regional Managing Director, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. This is a varied position requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing full administrative support to the Regional Managing Director
* Managing office operations and ensuring an efficient working environment
* Handling correspondence, documentation, and record-keeping
* Supporting various departments with ad hoc administrative tasks
* Coordinating meetings, schedules, and office logistics
* Maintaining office supplies and liaising with external suppliers
About You:
* Previous experience in an office administration or office management role
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office systems
* A flexible, hands-on approach with a willingness to support where needed
* Available to start immediately
