A fantastic opportunity for an Engineering & Operations Manager has arisen to work for an international organisation based in the Norfolk area.

Hours – Monday – Friday (Days)

Location – Commutable from Fakenham

Skills required for the job of Engineering & Operations Manager

* Leading and developing a team of maintenance engineers

* Managing a budget for the engineering department

* Take ownership of Health & Safety, paperwork and compliance on site.

* Championing continuous improvement and root cause analysis within the department

* Overseeing several small projects

* Strong leadership experience required for the role

* Ensure customer deliveries are achieved on time, in full, to quality and cost targets

* Forecast volumes and resource requirements aligned to budget and capacity

* Monitor performance, analyse trends and implement corrective actions
