What You'll Be Doing:
* Deliver engaging, interactive lessons across all areas of the Key Stage 1 curriculum, ensuring that children develop key skills in literacy, numeracy, and social development.
* Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and motivated to learn.
* Regularly assess and monitor the progress of your students, providing constructive feedback and setting learning targets.
* Collaborate with fellow staff members to ensure consistency and high standards in teaching across the school.
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Key Stage 1.
* A creative and adaptable teaching style that resonates with young learners.
* Strong classroom management skills, with the ability to engage and motivate children.
* Excellent communication skills, especially when working with children, staff, and parents.
