Key responsibilities for this Post-Completions Paralegal role:
Carrying out SDLT calculations and submitting returns to HMRC (including via InfoTrack)
Monitoring SDLT submissions, deadlines and progress
Preparing and submitting Land Registry applications, including first registrations, via digital/portal systems
Drafting and collating supporting documentation and managing requisitions through to completion
Maintaining accurate post-completion records, trackers and key dates
Handling adverse possession matters, including ADV applications and evidence bundles
Obtaining and verifying evidence of ownership and occupation (ST3 forms, FR1 applications)
Opening files, completing conflict checks, ID/AML and source of funds/wealth checks
Producing completion bundles, transaction bibles and post-completion packs
Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
Providing general pre- and post-completion administrative support
Skills & Experience for this Post-Completions Paralegal vacancy:
Strong knowledge of SDLT and Land Registry post-completion processes
Experience with portal-based submissions (e.g. InfoTrack desirable)
Excellent organisation and ability to manage high-volume workloads and deadlines
Strong attention to detail and sense of ownership
Clear communication skills and confident use of IT systems
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced team
Experience with adverse possession or first registrations desirable
