The Role As the Fabric Engineer, you’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards across various sites. Your key duties will include:
PPM Tasks: Conducting regular Planned Preventative Maintenance, including AHU/FCU checks and water temperature monitoring.
Fabric Maintenance: Carrying out general repairs, carpentry work, and decorating tasks.
Operational Support: Responding promptly to maintenance requests to ensure operational continuity and client satisfaction.
Collaboration: Working closely with colleagues to ensure high standards of workmanship and efficiency.
Compliance: Ensuring all work is carried out in strict accordance with health and safety regulations. You To be successful in the role of Fabric Engineer, you’ll bring:
Experience: Relevant experience in maintenance and repairs, ideally with a Joinery qualification/background.
Problem-Solving: Strong abilities to troubleshoot issues and maintain a high attention to detail.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team and with clients.
Proactive Mindset: A positive approach to tasks and a willingness to learn new skills.
Safety Conscious: A solid understanding of health and safety practices in maintenance environments. Salary: £33,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Location: Ayrshire and surrounding areas
Working Week: Monday to Friday (40 hours)
