Aspire People are working in partnership with a secondary school with a sixth form in Cardiff to recruit a qualified A‑Level Psychology Teacher for a September start. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver Psychology at post‑16 level within a supportive and academically focused environment.
The Role:
Teaching A‑Level Psychology to Key Stage 5 students
Planning and delivering engaging, high‑quality lessons in line with the specification
Assessing student progress and providing effective feedback
Contributing to exam preparation and student outcomes
Working collaboratively within the sixth form and humanities/social sciences team
The Ideal Candidate:
A qualified teacher with experience teaching A‑Level Psychology
Strong subject knowledge and confidence delivering exam‑based content
Ability to motivate and inspire post‑16 learners
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
Committed to raising standards and supporting student progress
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
