Responsibilities
* Deliver contract administration across refurbishment and repair projects
* Manage project reporting and technical inspections
* Undertake defect diagnosis and maintenance planning
* Handle dilapidations across property portfolios
Requirements
* MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor
* Degree in Building Surveying or related field
* Experience across commercial and residential sectors
* Strong technical and project delivery capability

* £45,000 – £60,000 base salary
