Working closely with senior team members, you will support the delivery of full cost management services on projects from inception through to completion. This will include assisting with cost planning, procurement, tender analysis, contract administration, and final accounts. You will gain exposure to both pre- and post-contract duties while developing your technical and client-facing skills.
The successful candidate is likely to be degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying (or a related discipline) and will ideally have some previous experience within a consultancy or client-side environment. You should be motivated, detail-oriented, and keen to progress towards chartership (e.g. MRICS), with full support provided.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates and plans

Requirements:
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
* Some relevant industry experience preferred
* Strong numerical and analytical skills
