Aspire People are excited to be working with a welcoming and well-supported primary school in Bury, who are looking to appoint a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant for a long-term role starting as soon as possible.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate who is passionate about working with children and wants to gain practical experience in a classroom setting. It's particularly suited to those considering careers in teaching, educational psychology, or youth support.

Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant - About the Position:
Provide classroom support across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and structured lessons
Work closely with pupils who require additional academic or emotional support
Deliver focused interventions on a 1:1 and small group basis
Help create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment

This is a full-time, long-term role with strong potential to continue for the right candidate. A paid trial day will be arranged for shortlisted applicants.

Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant - We're Looking For Someone Who:
Holds a degree in Psychology or a related subject
Has experience supporting children or young people (school-based or similar)
Is confident, adaptable, and able to build positive relationships
Has strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
Is enthusiastic about supporting pupils' learning and development
