We are open to contract recruiters from ANY recruitment sector (not just construction).
If you have a strong billing track record, we can support your transition into the construction market.

Your Role

* 360 recruitment (business development + delivery)

* Managing and growing client accounts

* Winning new business and developing relationships

* Filling roles across construction sectors

* Leading from the front with billings and activity

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant / Senior Consultant

* Strong billing history

* Experience in contract recruitment OR permanent recruitment

* Construction recruitment experience (preferred but not essential)

* Business development and client management skills

* Ambition to progress to management level
