Your role will include:
* Providing 1:1 and small group support tailored to each pupil's needs
* Helping to create a calm, structured, and inclusive learning environment
* Supporting communication development, routines, and social interaction
* Working closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for pupils
