Location: Aylesbury
We are currently recruiting experienced Production Operatives for a 13-week temporary booking, with the opportunity to be taken on permanently after the initial period.
Pay: £13.45 per hour
Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday)
Shift: Morning shift 14:30 - 22:00
Overtime: Paid at 1.5x after 37.5 hours per week
Weekend Pay: Saturday & Sunday paid at 1.5x
Role Overview
This role involves working within a fast-paced production environment, operating machinery and maintaining high manufacturing standards. Previous experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
Following manufacturing processes and quality standards
Assisting with assembly, processing, and production line duties
Carrying out basic machine checks and reporting any faults
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Meeting daily production targets and deadlines
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of production experience (essential)
Machine operating experience is highly desirable
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Physically fit (role involves standing and some heavy lifting)
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work well within a team
