We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join a fast-paced, high-volume logistics operation. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident HR professional who thrives in an operational environment and enjoys working closely with management teams to drive best practice across employee relations.
This role will play a key part in supporting site leadership with all aspects of HR and Employee Relations, ensuring compliance, consistency, and a proactive approach to people management.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a wide range of employee relations cases including disciplinaries and grievances
Advising and supporting managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practice
Leading investigations and supporting formal meetings and hearings
Providing guidance on performance management and absence issues
Supporting day-to-day HR operations within a busy logistics environment
Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
Building strong working relationships with stakeholders across the site
ER Casework, Investigations, Disciplinary, Dispute Resolution, Absence managementSuitable Candidate:
Proven experience in an HR Advisor role, ideally within logistics, warehousing, or distribution (preferably CIPD Level 5)
Strong background in handling ER casework (disciplinaries, grievances, investigations
Confident advising managers and influencing decision-making
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
A proactive and professional approach with strong communication skills
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Essential (occasional travel required)
