Pay Rate: £16.00 - £17.00 per hour
The Role:
Fawkes and Reece agency are currently seeking an experienced NPORS Banksman / Traffic Marshal on behalf of a busy and well-established contractor. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced site with an immediate start and the potential for ongoing work.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely directing vehicle and plant movements on site
Acting as a banksman to guide operators and drivers
Maintaining safe traffic flow and pedestrian segregation
Communicating effectively with site teams and plant operators
Ensuring all site health and safety procedures are followed at all times
Requirements:
Valid NPORS Traffic Marshal / Banksman card with CSCS logo (essential)
Previous on-site experience in a similar role
Strong understanding of site safety and procedures
Good communication and teamwork skills
Reliable and punctual
Additional Information:
Candidates must supply their own PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
Immediate start available from 15/04/2026
