Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing team in Alcester. This hands-on role involves assembling silicone-based products within a production environment, ensuring daily targets and quality standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
Work towards and achieve daily production targets
Assemble silicone-based products in accordance with manufacturing specifications
Follow detailed instructions and maintain quality standards
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Adhere to all health and safety procedures
About You
Hardworking and reliable with a strong work ethic
Comfortable standing for extended periods
Good manual dexterity and confident working with your hands
Able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
