We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stock Controller to join our clients busy team. You will play a key part in ensuring accurate stock control, efficient order fulfilment, and smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities as a Stock Controller

Use internal computer systems to book in stock, manage allocations, and process stock adjustments
Prepare pick notes for customer orders ready for dispatch
Pick components from stock locations to assemble kits for the manufacturing department
Ensure accuracy by checking bin locations, part codes, lot numbers, and batch codes
Raise pick queries (e.g. missing parts or failed picks) to the supervisor promptly
Carry out quality assurance checks on customer orders, verifying items and quantities prior to packing/shipping
Prepare courier documentation for shipments (e.g. DHL / FedEx paperwork)
Assist with packing and preparation of customer orders for dispatchRequirements as a Stock Controller

Previous warehouse stock picking experience is essential
Confident PC user with experience in stock control systems
Familiarity with courier systems such as FedEx or DHL is highly desirable
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Good organisational skills and ability to follow processes precisely
