We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and fast-growing business within the automotive sector. Known for delivering a high standard of service and customer experience, our client is expanding their team and looking to hire a motivated Motor Vehicle Service Advisor.

The Role
As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end customer journey while identifying opportunities to promote additional products and services. This is a customer-facing role with a strong sales focus, where delivering excellent service and driving revenue go hand in hand.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless experience
* Take full ownership of each customer interaction from initial enquiry through to completion
* Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage
* Identify opportunities to upsell relevant products and services
* Contribute to overall sales performance and revenue growth
* Maintain accurate records and manage your workload efficiently
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role (automotive experience preferred)
* Proven telesales experience (minimum 3 years required)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organised with good attention to detail
* Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Positive, proactive, and target-driven mindset
