Our client is looking for a highly capable Multi‑Skilled Technician to join their manufacturing team, building high‑quality roof systems and components.
This is a hands‑on, skilled role ideal for someone confident with machinery, problem-solving, and working to precise specifications.
Duties:
Building roof systems from technical drawings
Solving build challenges, including bespoke and box‑gutter assemblies
Operating a range of workshop equipment, including:
Elumatec saws
CNC cutting machinery
Dewalt chop saws
Hand tools
Programming and running CNC machines
Carrying out troubleshooting and maintenance on tooling and machinery
Ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistency in all work
Completing production paperwork
Keeping your working area safe, clean, and organised
Supporting and guiding other team members when required
The Candidate
Strong experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or similar production environments
Confident operating CNC machinery (programming experience ideal)
Able to read and work from technical drawings
Skilled with hand tools and mechanical processes
Confident working independently with minimal supervision
Strong problem‑solving ability
Accurate with paperwork and quality procedures
Forklift licence desirable (or willingness to train)
