Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting experienced Triage and Assessment Nurses to support Out of Hours (OOH) services across Liverpool.
Location: Liverpool, Merseyside
Setting: Out of Hours / Urgent Care
Shifts: Flexible availability across weekdays, nights, and weekends
Pay Rates:
Monday to Friday: £28 LTD / £25 PAYE (inclusive) per hour
Weekends: £35 LTD / £31 PAYE (inclusive) per hour
Nights: £35 LTD / £31 PAYE (inclusive) per hourKey Responsibilities:
Deliver safe and effective telephone and face-to-face triage
Undertake rapid clinical assessments within a primary care/urgent care setting
Provide appropriate clinical advice, treatment, and onward referrals
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Maintain accurate, contemporaneous clinical recordsRequirements:
Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration
Current indemnity cover
Demonstrable experience in urgent care, triage, and rapid assessment
Valid NHS Smartcard (essential)
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced clinical environmentWhat We Offer:
