Agile workingResponsibilities
Preparation of construction packages, details and specifications.
Working alongside external consultants and suppliers to complete a full tender package for the commercial, construction, sales and marketing team to work with
Liaise with the NHBC Building Control department.
Support the upkeep of the standard house type range, specifications and details as well as suggesting improvements for future packages and providing technical assistance to the team as required.
Attend site-based meetings as and when required.
Keep up to date with CDM and CPD responsibilities specific to the role.
Maintain up to date with legislation and regulations as well as have an understanding of future regulations that are coming into effect within the industry.
Assist the development and training of other more junior members of the Architectural side of the Technical department.Requirements
