You will play a key role in helping to create a safe, nurturing and stimulating setting, supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing in line with the EYFS framework.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of creative, play-based learning activities
* Observe, assess and record children’s progress
* Support children’s personal, social and emotional development
* Ensure a safe, inclusive and engaging environment at all times
* Work closely with teachers and the wider Early Years team
* Build strong relationships with parents and carers
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Level 2 (minimum) or Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare
* Experience working within an Early Years or nursery setting
* Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
* A caring, patient and nurturing approach
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for supporting young children’s development
