About the Role
Working as part of a production team, you’ll support different areas of the manufacturing process depending on your placement. This could include assembly, paint line operations, sheet metal work or stores.
You’ll be involved in processing products through various stages, carrying out quality checks and ensuring everything runs efficiently and safely.
Full training and PPE will be provided, along with support to work across different areas where required.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting production across assembly, paint line, sheet metal or stores
* Processing products through different stages of the manufacturing process
* Carrying out visual quality checks to ensure standards are met
* Operating safely within a manual production environment
* Using equipment such as magnetic hoists and chain or strap hoists where required
* Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and organisation
* Working as part of a team to meet production targets
* Following health and safety procedures at all times
* Supporting other areas of the operation when needed

Physical Requirements
This is a manual role involving lifting and moving heavy components, using mechanical aids such as magnetic hoists and chain or strap hoists.
Shifts Available
* AM Shift - 06:00 till 14:00 - £13.21 per hour
* PM Shift - 14:00 till 22:00 - £14.21 per hour
* Night Shift - 22:00 till 06:00 - £15.21 per hour
