We’re working with a well known client with offices across the UK, they are a well‑regarded structural and civil engineering consultancy, to recruit a Graduate Structural Engineer for their Leeds office.

The Role
As a Graduate Structural Engineer, you’ll join an established team and support the delivery of structural engineering services across multiple sectors. The role will involve:
Assisting with the design and analysis of structures using steel, concrete, timber, and masonry
Preparing calculations, sketches, and technical information
Supporting senior engineers with project coordination and delivery
Attending site visits and design meetings where required
Developing your understanding of UK design standards and best practice
Progressively taking on more responsibility as your experience grows
Candidate Requirements
Our client is looking for a motivated graduate with a strong interest in buildings and structural design. Suitable candidates will typically have:
A degree (or expected degree) in Structural Engineering or Civil & Structural Engineering
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
The ability to work well within a collaborative team environment
Previous consultancy, placement, or internship experience is advantageous but not essential.
