The Role

As an Area Retail Manager, you will:

Lead, coach and inspire Store Managers across your region
Drive sales, profit and KPI performance across multiple locations
Ensure operational excellence and brand consistency
Translate Head Office strategy into successful in-store execution
Build high-performing teams and strong succession pipelines
Analyse data and identify commercial growth opportunities
Lead change and influence Managers across your territory
