Pay Rate: £13.98 per hour
Shift Pattern:
* Monday to Wednesday: 6:00 pm – 6:00 am
* Thursday: 6:00 pm – 5:00 am
Contract Type: Temporary / Ongoing
We are currently recruiting for a Machine Operator to join a busy manufacturing business based in Glusburn on a night shift basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual looking for ongoing work within a production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
* Monitoring machine performance and reporting any faults
* Ensuring products are manufactured to the required quality standards
* Carrying out basic machine adjustments where required
* Maintaining a clean and organised work area
* Following health and safety procedures at all times
* Supporting the wider production team as needed
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience is preferred
* Good attention to detail and quality awareness
* Reliable with strong timekeeping and attendance
* Able to work night shifts consistently
* Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
