How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Talent Engagement Coordinator

    Luton | Permanent | Guidant Global

    Join us as a Talent Engagement Coordinator and play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional experience to a 700‑strong contractor community. If you're energised by people, fast‑paced environments, and solving problems with empathy and confidence, this role places you at the heart of an engaging, service‑led programme.

    What you'll do

    Run our Customer/Hello Hub, owning contractor queries from first contact through to resolution.
    Keep communication flowing through regular engagement calls, pre‑starter check‑ins, and ongoing wellbeing support.
    Produce clear MI that highlights volumes, trends, and SLA performance.
    Support onboarding, offboarding, surveys, focus groups, and monthly communications.
    Champion inclusion, safety, and the Virtuoso Way across the contractor community.Essential skills:

    Experience supporting contractor or contingent workforce populations.
    Background in a helpdesk or case management environment.
    Exposure to inflight or onboarding programmes.
    Strong data literacy for MI reporting and SLA tracking.
    Ability to operate confidentlyDesired traits:

    Calm under pressure, empathetic, and solutions‑focused.
    Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
    Highly organised, resilient, and confident navigating complexity.
