Are you confident, organised, and passionate about working with young people? We are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work across a range of welcoming and well-managed secondary schools in North West London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced support staff looking to gain valuable classroom experience.

The Role:
Deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Ensure students remain on task and engaged with their work
Provide feedback to teaching staff following lessons
Support a positive and inclusive learning environment The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous experience working with young people (school-based experience desirable)
Strong classroom presence and confidence leading a group
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A proactive and flexible approach
