Experienced Mortgage Advisor – High Earning Potential

Due to continued growth, we are working with a highly successful, award-winning estate agency in the search for experienced and ambitious Mortgage Advisors to join their highly successful and ever-growing team.

With established offices in both Gloucester and Stroud, this is an exciting opportunity to join a business that truly invests in its people and delivers outstanding results.

You’ll provide expert mortgage and protection advice from the whole of the broker market to clients. From first enquiry through to completion, you’ll deliver a seamless, professional, and highly personalised service.

Responsibilities:

-Meeting clients (face-to-face & virtually) to understand their needs

-Recommending suitable mortgage and protection solutions

-Managing your pipeline to maximise conversions and income

-Delivering exceptional customer service at all times

-Collaborating closely with branch teams to optimise opportunities

Candidate Attributes:

-CeMAP qualified (or equivalent CF1 & CF6)

-Minimum 12 months’ experience as a Mortgage Advisor

-A driven, target-focused mindset

-Strong communication and relationship-building skills

-Highly organised with a proactive approach

Hours:

-Monday to Friday: 9am – 6pm

-Saturdays: 9am – 5pm (with a day off in the week)

-Flexibility to swap up to 2 Saturdays per month

Salary & Benefits:

-Up to £70,000 OTE (inclusive of basic, car allowance & commission)
