We are currently recruiting Production Operatives for a 13-week temporary booking, with the opportunity to be taken on permanently after the initial period.
Pay: £15.90
Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday) from 22:00 to 6:30am
Weekend Pay: Saturday and Sunday paid at 1.5x
Overtime: Paid at 1.5x after 37.5 hours per week
We are looking for experienced Production Operatives
This role involves working on production lines, operating machinery, and maintaining high manufacturing standards. Applicants must have at least 1 year of production experience, ideally with machine operating knowledge. The work may involve some heavy lifting and standing for long periods, so good physical fitness is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
Following manufacturing processes and quality standards
Assisting with assembly, processing, and line operations
Performing basic machine checks and reporting issues
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Meeting daily production targets and deadlines
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of production experience (machine operating experience desirable)
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Physically fit and able to handle repetitive tasks
Reliable, punctual, and committed
Strong attention to detail
Able to work well as part of a team
