You’ll be the first point of contact for users, providing technical support across hardware, software, and Microsoft environments, while gaining exposure to a wide range of systems and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Providing 1st line support via phone, email, and ticketing systems
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network issues
• Supporting Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and user account management
• Escalating more complex issues to senior engineers when required

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic understanding of IT systems (Windows, M365, Active Directory)- desirable
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous IT support experience or relevant qualifications (preferred)
