PARTS ADVISOR.

YOUR ROLE.

As a Parts Advisor, you’ll ensure smooth daily operations across the parts department, supporting the workshop, retail counter, and trade customers. Using your product knowledge, you’ll identify and order parts accurately, provide excellent customer service, and help drive parts sales. Stock checks, customer follow-ups, and strong supplier relationships will be key to your success.

The main duties of the role include:

·         Assist customers in person and by phone to identify and source parts

·         Order parts to specification and check deliveries

·         Follow up on order progress and pricing

·         Process invoices accurately and handle customer payments

·         Conduct stock checks and manage inventory levels

YOUR PROFILE.

·         Experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally in a franchised motor-trade environment

·         Strong customer service and communication skills

·         Proficient with Kerridge/Drive and ETK

·         Eligible to work in the UK

SALARY AND HOURS.

Basic Salary £31,200 (depending on experience) OTE £40,000 + per annum

Working hours are Monday – Friday, 8am – 6pm or 7am - 5pm and Saturdays 8am – 12.30pm on a rota basis (Saturdays to be paid as overtime)
