About our client & job type:
One of our clients, a leading UK Commercial fit out business have just started an office and laboratory fit out project in Barhill, Cambridge and require an experienced CSCS Handyperson who has basic tools and experience of stripping out, Carpentry and an understanding of other trades too.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform basic repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
Conduct routine maintenance and inspections
Assemble furniture and fixtures as required
Identify and report any major maintenance issues
Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
Requirements:
Proven experience as a handyperson or in a similar role
Good knowledge of general maintenance tasks
Ability to use a wide range of tools and equipment
Strong problem-solving skills
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
Full UK driving licence (preferred)
