We’re working with a well-established and growing compliance services provider who are continuing to expand their Water Hygiene and Legionella division across Yorkshire. With a strong reputation and consistent pipeline of work, they’re now looking to appoint a Legionella Risk Assessor to cover local sites across Leeds and the surrounding areas.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants a more local patch, less time on the road and the chance to be part of a close-knit, supportive team. The business has a strong presence in the region, meaning most of your work will be kept within a sensible travel radius.
You’ll be joining a company that genuinely looks after its staff, with a hands-on management team, good communication across the business and a culture where people tend to stay long-term.
The Role
* Carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments across local commercial, industrial and public sector sites
* Producing detailed, accurate reports in line with ACOP L8 and HSG274 guidelines
* Identifying risks and recommending remedial actions
* Conducting site surveys on domestic hot and cold-water systems
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients on site
* Working closely with a small, experienced team to support compliance and service delivery
What They’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Legionella Risk Assessor
* Strong knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG274
* Experience surveying domestic water systems
* Good report writing and communication skills
* Organised and able to manage your own workload
* Full UK driving licence
