Account Manager – Water Hygiene / Compliance

Northampton

£50,000–£55,000 Basic + OTE

We’re working with a well-established and growing compliance services provider who are continuing to strengthen their Water Hygiene and Legionella division. With a strong reputation and long-standing client relationships across the UK, they’re now looking to appoint an experienced Account Manager to support and develop key accounts across the Northampton region.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships and growing existing business, rather than focusing purely on cold new business. You’ll be inheriting a strong portfolio of clients, with real scope to upsell, cross-sell and maximise account value.

You’ll be joining a business that is investing in its people, systems and service offering, with a genuine focus on long-term growth.

The Role

* Managing and developing an existing portfolio of Water Hygiene and Legionella compliance clients

* Building strong, long-term relationships with Facilities Managers, Estates teams and Procurement contacts

* Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional Water Hygiene and compliance services

* Acting as the main point of contact for client queries, service reviews and ongoing support

* Attending client meetings and site visits to understand requirements and maintain service standards

* Working closely with internal operational teams to ensure high service delivery

* Supporting retention and renewal of contracts

What They’re Looking For

* Experience in Account Management within Water Hygiene, Legionella or Compliance services

* Good understanding of Water Hygiene services, Legionella control, risk assessments and remedial works

* Strong relationship-building and communication skills

* Organised, proactive and commercially aware

* Full UK driving licence
