The role involves a variety of site tasks, primarily focused on groundwork and fencing preparation. This is an ideal position for a practical all-rounder with experience in manual labour and basic construction tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Digging holes for fence posts to required depths and specifications
* Assisting with the installation and setting of fence posts
* Cutting posts to size once set in place
* Carrying out basic tarmac repairs and patching
* General site labouring duties as required
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
* Following instructions and health & safety guidelines at all times
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar labouring or construction role
* Good physical fitness and ability to carry out manual tasks
* Basic knowledge of groundwork, fencing, or tarmac work preferred
* Ability to use hand and power tools safely
* Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must have:
* CSCS card
* Experience in fencing/ groundworks
