Salary Range: £65,000pa to £75,000pa
Benefits Package: Pension, Private medical cover & 25 days leave
Location: Swindon, Wiltshire
Full Site Based/Hybrid/Remote Working: Fully site based
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week

Role information:
- Provide support to bid teams through the provision of an efficient and effective planning, scheduling and planning deliverables function for any work type and any value and subsequently contribute to post tender negotiations and handover to the project team.
- Provide support to the project management team through the provision of an efficient and effective planning, scheduling and project performance reporting function.

Qualifications/Experience Required:
- Experience of working within a construction environment
- Proven skills with P6 Primavera
- Ability to develop detail within an existing programme and can coach others
- Ability of update and monitor progress within the working programme and can coach others
- Ability of introducing change into a programme.
- Ability to resource and cost load programmes.
- Have an understanding of the introduction & evaluation of risk in programmes
- Assimilate and interpret information from tender documentation.
- Contribute to bid winning strategy
- Understand how to make an analytical assessment of programmes.
- Ability to evaluate supply chain programmes.
