Do you enjoy organising things and making sure nothing gets missed?
We’re looking for a highly organised and methodical administrator to support two growing businesses – Green Turtle Energy (EV charging) and PropertyRun (electrical and repair works).
This is not just a routine admin role. You’ll be helping keep everything on track across the business — from jobs and projects to inboxes and invoicing.
We’re not looking for a “know-it-all”. We’re looking for someone reliable, switched-on, and willing to learn and grow with the business.
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing and organising tasks across both businesses
* Booking in works, tracking jobs, and supporting project coordination
* Keeping inboxes, communications, and invoicing up to date
* Following tasks through and making sure nothing is left incomplete
Who we’re looking for:
* Naturally organised and methodical
* Good with computers and able to pick up systems quickly
* Self-motivated and reliable
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Someone who takes pride in getting things done properly
* Keen to learn and grow with the business
Previous admin experience is helpful, but not essential — attitude and organisation matter more.
