The successful candidate will take ownership of a 360 desk within our Commercial division, focusing on both candidate attraction and client relationship building.

Roles & Responsibilities
* Develop new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships
* Source and identify top talent through various channels
* Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, offering guidance throughout the recruitment process.
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial job brief to successful placement
* Achieve and exceed revenue targets both on a personal and team basis.

Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am – 5pm & Friday 8:30am – 4pm
Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE + uncapped commission
