The Programme:
Start as a Sales Executive in our Birmingham team, working face-to-face with customers at high-footfall locations (shopping centres, retail parks, towns).
Receive one-to-one mentorship from top performers who have over 7 years’ experience in the industry.
Learn core skills: sales, campaign management, leadership, recruitment, and client relations.
Progress to Team Leader and beyond, with clear steps into Management roles.
