The role:-
This is a hands on role involving the setting, programming and operating of sliding head CNC lathes to manufacture small to medium components. You will be working to tight aerospace tolerances and with a range of high specification materials including stainless steel, aluminium, brass and titanium.
The ideal CNC setter will have :-
Proven experience of setting and operating CNC lathes.
Be able to demonstrate the ability to read and interpret drawings.
Perform first-off inspections and quality checks.
Ideally have an engineering apprenticeship however experience is an overriding factor
The role is Monday to Friday and overtime / additional hours may be required depending on workload of the business.
Salary dependant on experience
