For unqualified candidates, this nursery offers a fantastic training programme, with the opportunity to begin after 6 months of employment-perfect for anyone looking to start a long-term career in childcare.

Description of the role:

Provide high-quality care and education for children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
Support children's learning and development through engaging play and planned activities
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and carers
Observe, monitor, and record children's progress and development
Support children with daily routines including meal times, toileting, and nap times
Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and welfare requirements are always met
Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the nursery setting
Support children's emotional, social, and behavioural development
Ensure all nursery policies and procedures are followed at all timesAbout you:

Ideally Level 2 or Level 3 qualified in Childcare/Early Years
However, unqualified applicants are encouraged to apply
Must have a genuine passion for childcare and child development
Positive, reliable, and eager to learn
