About you - Supply Teachers - Rushden, Northamptonshire
Must hold a QTS
Strong classroom management - we are looking for people who can hit the ground running from day one!
Can quickly adapt to new classroom environments, school policies, and routines
Can deliver pre-set lesson plans effectively while maintaining pace and structure
Uses initiative to support learning when plans are limited or unclear
Provides clear feedback to the class teacher on student progress and behaviour
