Job Type: Term Time – Thursday afternoon + 1 weekend day , School Holidays – Monday ,Tuesday , Wednesday and Sunday (day shifts only)

Our client is 19 years old living with cerebral palsy and a wheelchair user
She would require support in the home including all personal care, moving and handling and medication
Our client loves activities such as trips to the beach, park , swimming, crafts and reading
Successful Applicant:
Previous experience and confident working with teenagers with complex conditions – brain injuries, cerebral palsy, epilepsy etc
Must be able to drive and have a clean automatic or manual UK license and own car available
