We are recruiting on behalf of a client who is looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 600kW solar PV installation on a high-profile site at Royal Ascot.
This is a technically complex project, working alongside an existing EPC contractor, with the requirement focused on strong site presence, H&S oversight, and CDM compliance through to commissioning.
The Role
* Acting as site-based presence on behalf of the client
* Overseeing works delivered by the EPC contractor
* Ensuring compliance with RAMS, H&S procedures, and CDM duties
* Monitoring progress through install and commissioning stages
* Liaising with contractors on site without disrupting delivery
* Providing basic reporting and site oversight where required
Requirements
* SMSTS
* First Aid
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on construction or M&E projects
* Previous solar PV or renewable energy experience highly desirable
* Experience working through to commissioning stage preferred
* Strong understanding of site safety and CDM responsibilities

* £280 to £300 per shift
