Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal teams and clients where required

Fully Rolex-accredited Watchmaker with up-to-date certification (essential)
Proven experience within an authorised service centre or luxury retail environment
Strong technical expertise across mechanical movements, fault diagnosis, and refinishing
