We are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Pipefitter to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis, working across projects in London and the South Coast.
Pay & Benefits:
* CIS: £220 – £275 per day (depending on experience)
* PAYE (after 13 weeks): £45,000 – £65,000 salary
* Company van provided after permanent transition
* Ongoing work with a strong pipeline of projects
Key Responsibilities:
* Installation of heating and hot water systems
* 1st and 2nd fix pipework in commercial environments (including toilet areas)
* Working on domestic fit-out projects within commercial settings
* Installation of screwed steel pipework
* Installation of prefabricated pipework systems
* Working from drawings and specifications
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Commercial Pipefitter
* Strong knowledge of heating and hot water systems
* Experience in both 1st fix and 2nd fix pipework
* Ability to install screwed steel and prefabricated pipework
* Willingness to travel and work across multiple sites
* Flexibility to stay away when required
