About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our residential development scheme in Barnstaple. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing finishing snags on plots prior to CML handover.

Key Responsibilities:

Completing snagging works to a high standard across various trades, including carpentry, plastering, painting, and general finishing tasks.
Ensuring plots meet quality standards and are ready for timely handover.
Collaborating with the site team to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a multi-trader, preferably in residential developments.
Ability to work across multiple trades with a keen eye for detail.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
CSCS card
Own tools and transport
Once you have completed your assignment and O'Neil & Brennan have secured a positive finishing reference, we will do our best to ensure you have another long term assignment to go into.
